Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using The Villas Tobago website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms govern your use of our villa rental services, booking procedures, and all related services provided by Real Estate Transformation Consultants Ltd.
Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Booking confirmations will be sent via email. Please review all details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
Payment Processing & Booking Channels
Payment Processing (Direct Bookings)
Direct guest payments and booking deposits made through The Villas Tobago are processed by RTCL USA LLC (Delaware, USA) on behalf of Real Estate Transformation Consultants Ltd. (Trinidad & Tobago), the operator of The Villas Tobago. Charges for direct payments may appear on your card statement as "RTCL USA – Villas Tobago."
Third-Party Platforms (OTA Bookings)
Reservations completed via third-party platforms (including but not limited to Airbnb and Booking.com) are processed directly by those platforms under their own terms and payment policies. Any payment issues for OTA bookings should be addressed with the respective platform.
Scope of Services
RTCL USA LLC provides payment processing and guest-services support only. It does not sell or broker real estate, securities, or investment products. All payments relate to short-term guest stays and related hospitality services.
Billing Support
For questions about direct charges or receipts, contact billing@tobago.villas. Please include your booking reference, name on the reservation, and payment date.
Refunds & Disputes (Direct)
Refunds for direct bookings, when applicable under these Terms, are issued to the original payment method. Guests agree to first contact The Villas Tobago at payments@thevillastobago.com to resolve billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the property and booking channel. For direct bookings, cancellations must be made in writing via email to admin@thevillastobago.com.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the specific property's policy. Please review your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest's payment method.
Guests must adhere to property rules, local laws, and regulations. Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed. Smoking and pets are prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
Real Estate Transformation Consultants Ltd. and RTCL USA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or stay at our properties.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, injuries, or accidents that occur on the property unless caused by our gross negligence.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
